How do I contact support?

You have three ways to contact our support team.

  1. Log into our support portal at the top right of every page. Should you forget your password, there is a link to have it resent.
  2. E-mail our help desk at support@velocityns.com Please be sure to put a brief description of your issue in the subject line and a detailed explanation along with your contact information in the message details.
  3. Call our support line directly at 818-780-3600 option 2.

How do I contact emergency after hours support?

Please call our main line at 818-780-3600 and enter in the After Hours support extension your account manager assigned you. Leave your full contact information and brief description of your issue with the operator and the on-call engineer will call you back within 1 hour.
